- realizing the legitimate interest of the Administrator of personal data in special cases on the basis of Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) of the GDPR, e.g. debt collection or video monitoring of traffic on the premises of the Facility.
7. The recipients of personal data may be bodies, institutions and entities authorized under the provisions of law, as well as entities providing services to the Data Administrator (e.g. legal, IT, marketing, accounting and other entities participating in the implementation of the ordered service).

The user also has the right to modify this data, request its deletion and limit or stop processing their personal data at any time. At any time, the user may also request the deletion of their personal data from the service. The right to transfer data does not apply, because no standard has been established for the exchange of such data between hotel facilities.
